Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of yottoCode, operated by MXBO STUDIO (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using yottoCode, you agree to these Terms.

Independent Product. yottoCode is an independent product by MXBO STUDIO. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or created by Anthropic, PBC. “Claude” and “Claude Code” are trademarks of Anthropic. yottoCode uses Claude Code as underlying technology, which requires your own separate Anthropic subscription.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using yottoCode, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Service Description

yottoCode is a native macOS application that bridges Claude Code and Telegram. It enables you to interact with Claude Code through Telegram bots you configure. The application runs locally on your machine.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free tier includes 1 bot and 100 messages per month at no cost.
  • Pro tier offers unlimited bots and messages for a monthly or annual subscription fee.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@yottocode.com for refund requests.

A separate Claude Code subscription from Anthropic is required to use the agent features. We are not responsible for Anthropic’s pricing, availability, or terms.

4. User Obligations

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use yottoCode.
  • You are responsible for your Telegram bot tokens and keeping them secure.
  • You must not use yottoCode for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Anthropic’s or Telegram’s terms of service.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software.

5. Acceptable Bot Use

When creating and operating Telegram bots through yottoCode, you agree to:

  • Not name or present your bot in a way that impersonates any official product, company, or service — including but not limited to Anthropic, Claude, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google, or Gemini.
  • Not use your bot for spam, fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
  • Not misrepresent your bot as an official service of any third party.
  • Clearly disclose to end users that responses are generated by AI.

6. Intellectual Property

yottoCode, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of MXBO STUDIO. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended purpose. You retain full ownership of any code or content created through your use of the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

yottoCode is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to data loss, code modifications made by Claude, or service interruptions.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by the Claude AI agent on your system. You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent actions.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for yottoCode in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to yottoCode if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your license to use the software ends immediately. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that engage in impersonation, spam, fraud, or other misuse of bots created through yottoCode, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MXBO STUDIO operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of yottoCode after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
