Privacy Policy

MXBO STUDIO (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates yottoCode. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Independent Product. yottoCode is an independent product by MXBO STUDIO and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or created by Anthropic, PBC. Your use of Claude Code is governed by Anthropic’s own terms and privacy policy.

Data Collected

  • Email address — collected via Google OAuth sign-in for account identification.
  • Usage counts — aggregate message and session counts to enforce plan limits.
  • Subscription status — whether you are on the Free or Pro tier, managed through Stripe.

We do not collect, store, or have access to your code, conversation content, or Claude responses. All agent sessions run locally on your Mac.

Website Data

  • Contact form — if you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message. This data is sent to our team email and is not shared with third parties.
  • Newsletter — if you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored by Brevo (Sendinblue), our email marketing provider, subject to Brevo’s Privacy Policy.
  • IP addresses — temporarily processed for rate limiting on form submissions. Not stored permanently.

Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — authentication and user data storage.
  • Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing. We never see or store your full payment details.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — newsletter and marketing email delivery.
  • Anthropic (Claude Code) — yottoCode is not part of Anthropic. AI sessions run locally through Claude Code on your machine using your own separate Anthropic subscription. Your conversations are subject to Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
  • Telegram — used as the messaging interface. Messages are subject to Telegram’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality (e.g., WordPress session cookies). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

Local Storage

yottoCode stores configuration and session data locally on your machine at ~/.yottocode/. This data never leaves your computer unless you explicitly share it.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data from our systems within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
